Sandy Cram joined HighWater Limited (“HighWater”) in September 2013. HighWater was established in January 2007 and is currently licensed by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority to carry on the business of company management. HighWater’s core business is the provision of independent directors and related services to the alternative investment industry.

About Sandra “Sandy” Cram

Sandy holds a Bachelor of Commerce (with Distinction), Concentration in Accounting, from Mount Allison University (based in Canada) and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (Canada), (“CA, CPA”) and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (“CAIA”) with the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association.

Sandy began her career at Deloitte in St. John’s, Canada in 1995 and subsequently moved to The Bank of Bermuda Limited in 1999, where she gained considerable experience in the valuation and administration of various investment structures, with a focus on offshore investment funds as well as treasury. In 2003 Sandy returned home to Canada and after three years in finance decided to return offshore to continue her career. Sandy moved to the Cayman Islands in 2006 with Walker SPV Limited as VP Finance and prior to joining Highwater was the Senior Manager of Internal Finance for Rawlinson & Hunter Limited.

Sandy is an active member, and a Past President, of Rotary Central Cayman Islands and past Board member of  Junior Achievement Program. Sandy was also the recipient of the Deloitte Alumni Community Impact Award 2015-16.
